Marquette 4th of July Parade 2022

Together- A New Beginning

The Parade will be held on Monday, July 4th and is set to start at 2pm from the intersection of W. Washington and McClellan Street


Line-up time for floats is at 1pm, but is subject to change.


The 2022 themes are 'Together- A New Beginning' and 'The first 4th of July Parade in Marquette', to commemorate a fresh start while paying homage to the past. We can't wait to see you there for a day of unity and of celebration!

Also, enjoy the International Food Fest at the Mattson Lower Harbor on Saturday July 2nd, Sunday July 3rd and Monday July 4th by Marquette Exchange Club.

To enter a float, you must fill out the float application (click here or the button below), and mail it to the address on the right with a check. There is only room for 120 float applicants, so make sure to apply soon!

Kiwanis is an international volunteer organization dedicated to bettering the world. The organization as a whole logs almost 20 million volunteer hours annually. In Marquette, Kiwanis focuses on community events such as the UP 200 kiddie races, bell ringing with Salvation Army, and the popular Chicken Barbeque at Lakeview.
